👋 Hi! I’m Melanie - I’m a Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist, birth and postnatal doula and experienced Hypnobirthing teacher. I teach all of my private clients personally, so you can be confident you will be in safe hands.

FAQs

  • Learning in a group isn’t for everyone. Sometimes we just want to go at our own pace and ask our own questions in the comfort of our own surroundings.

    This class is especially useful for those with busy or demanding schedules, older siblings for whom childcare would be expensive or difficult or those that feel a private course is more appropriate to their learning needs.

  • You will be sent your hypnobirthing MP3 recordings to get started with before the first class, then on the first visit you will be given your full course notes including information and treats from other useful birth providers and Dr Sara Wickham's book 'What's Right For Me'.

    Following the course, we give you access to our full online hypnobirthing course, along with all the further contacts, reading and research material that you may need, so that you can keep learning and practising right up until the big day.

    You can email me or call with any questions you may have right up to your birth.

  • Usually we will travel to teach hypnobirthing classes anywhere in London transport zones 1-4. However, if you are slightly outside it's always worth asking in case we can make an exception.
